00 per hourDay ShiftDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to, setting up equipment as needed, the repair of equipment, performing preventative maintenance, ordering replacement parts for equipment, repair leaks of all kinds.
A successful candidate must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and a commitment to customer quality.
This position requires flexibility; must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required.
Demonstrate ability to read and trouble shoot PLC programming and logic to diagnose problems and institute machine repairsDemonstrate ability to diagnose servo controls systems problems and replace componentsUnderstanding PID loop principlesDemonstrate the knowledge of labor scheduling and to coordinate the work of othersDemonstrate capability to lead and manage projectsAbility to back up maintenance supervisorAbility to design and build mechanical systems including including retrofitting equipment with upgraded technologyAbility to train all employees on equipmentKnowledge of power distribution systems and basic troubleshootingAbility to troubleshoot problems within a complex electrical schematicsUnderstand PMC ordering systemExpected to complete trend analysis of equipment and parts usageAbility to assist venders to remote into are equipment to help troubleshoot and fix problemsSDL2017 Recommended Skills Communication Maintenance Mechanical Systems Medical Emergency Preventive Maintenance Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
